Multi Grain Bread
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups   country grain brown flour
1 1/2 cups   white flour
1/2 cup   rye flour
1/4 cup   medium oatmeal
3/8 cup   sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons   sunflower oil
2 1/2  tablespoons  skimmed milk powder
2 teaspoons   dry yeast
1 tablespoon   malt extract
1 teaspoon   salt
1 teaspoon   white sugar
1 1/4 cups   cool water

Method

The combination of three flours in this loaf gives a distinctive texture and a good nutty flavour.

Place the ingredients into the baking tin starting with the liquid first. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Sprinkle the salt and sugar around the outside of the rest of the mixture. Add the yeast as the last ingredient in a small hollow in the flour.
