Goats Cheese Bread
Ingredients

1 egg (beaten)
1 cup water
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup goats cheese (crumbled)
3 cups strong white flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt

Method

You can substitute the water with goats milk, for a really rich goats cheese flavour.

Place the ingredients into the baking tin starting with the liquid first. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Place the salt and honey around the outside of the rest of the mixture. Add the yeast as the last ingredient in a small hollow in the flour.
