The aroma of this bread is beautifully tempting.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
5/16 cups sugar
3 cups strong white flour
1 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup porridge oats
Filling and topping: mix together
2 1/2 tablespoon butter (softened)
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Method
Place the ingredients into the bread maker starting with the liquid first and let it knead the dough. For best results remove the dough from the bread machine after kneading, and roll into a sausage "S" shape. Brush with the filling topping and place on a greased baking sheet. Leave the dough until double in size and bake in an oven for aprox 20 mins at 190 degrees.
