A pleasantly rich banana loaf recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) Vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups (295g) caster sugar
4 eggs
2 3/4 cups (410g) self raising flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 cups mashed banana (around 5 over ripe bananas)
Method
Place the ingredients into the baking tin, use a basic setting for this loaf.
